TransportationDual Cylinder Padlock (DCP)
The DCP was developed originally in response to the specified needs of a fuel company seeking to prevent thefts during transport. In the decade since, it has been refined and enhanced, so that today its applications go far beyond fuel transport, and even the transport industry.
The main feature of the DCP is that a supervisor can easily see if it has been opened or tampered with in an unauthorized manner.
How does it work?
The supervisor locks the container (or any other object) with a control key designed to help prevent unauthorized duplication. The driver or other user receives a key designed to open the lock but not to relock it, so that if the lock has been opened at an unauthorized time or place, the misdemeanor is easily spotted. Thus, in the case of a delivery, the lock should only be opened in the presence of the receiving party. In the case of secured premises, it should only be opened during authorized hours.

Interactive® CLIQ® System
The Interactive CLIQ system’s is available only at a selected number of authorized Mul-T-Lock dealers, and represents the new generation of locking solutions.
Mul-T-Lock’s Interactive CLIQ is a hybrid electro-mechanical locking solution, offering the tried-and-true reliability of high quality mechanical keys and cylinders and the programming sophistication and flexibility inherent in electronic locks.
Mul-T-Lock has integrated ASSA ABLOY’s innovative and proprietary CLIQ technology, which is based on highly miniaturized data encryption electronics that can be embedded directly inside the key and core of a cylinder, into its already patented Interactive system.
The combination of the technologies allows system features which are of special interest to organizations seeking high security and audit features:
Data Tracking – A special Control Key enables easy access to Audit Trail data from every cylinder in a facility and that data can be uploaded swiftly into a PC for review.
Individual Keys – Encrypted with protective codes, each key is designated for use by a single individual. If the key is lost, it is simply rendered obsolete and a new key, with a new code is generated in its place.
Time-based permission – Interactive CLIQ enables the designation of specific windows of time wherein access to a given cylinder by a given user is permitted.

Education
Classroom Cylinder
The Classroom Cylinder is designed to help prevent students from locking classroom doors in order to disrupt access, while allowing teachers to enter at all times, thanks to the cylinder mechanism’s innovative structure.
Furthermore, pupils can exit the room via a single action thumbturn mechanism on the inner side of the door, so that they are not accidentally locked in by caretaking staff.
The Classroom Cylinder is available in various symmetric or asymmetric sizes, and can be supplied keyed alike, keyed different or master keyed.

Construction
Construction Key
The Construction Key concept is as simple as it is clever. During construction work, access to all apartments is available to different workmen using a single key model to open and close all doors.
Upon delivery of the apartments to customers, however, each apartment receives its own access code.
How is this done?
During construction, the contractor conveniently controls all locks on the site with a single key – without the need to either carry numerous keys or install a master key system. Then, when handing the property over to its new owner, the contractor uses a special Change Key, which switches the cylinder from its “contractor mode” to the “tenant mode”. From now on, only the specific keys, which the owner receives in a sealed envelope, fit the lock.

Health Institutions
Anti-ligature locking solution and emergency key
The anti-ligature locking solution addresses the risk of patients or inmates denying access to authorized staff by locking the door from the inside. Its innovative thumbturn mechanism gives the occupant privacy while allowing medical or supervisory staff to immediately access the premises when necessary.
How does this work?
The anti-ligature locking system’s emergency key delivers an override feature if a patient or inmate tries to prevent staff from entering by holding the thumbturn mechanism. In this instance, staff simply insert the emergency key, which will disengage the thumbturn to enable access.
Further consideration for the special needs of these facilities is reflected in the shape of the thumbturn which is designed in a way that does not create a "hook" that patients may try to manipulate when attempting to harm themselves.
Another special feature is one that the anti-ligature locking solution shares with other Mul-T-Lock Interactive® products: the Combination Change option that enables locks to be immediately recoded should the key be lost.

Retail
3 IN 1’ Cylinder
The ‘3 IN 1’ Cylinder allows users to easily change the key’s combinations.
The process is simple and fast: the user inserts and operates the "next key" from a set of three keys. The introduction of each new key set is designed to invalidate the previous key combination.
Three key types are packaged together, color-coded and clearly marked in a sequence, to intuitively guide customers. First, the green set of keys is used. When users move on to the yellow keys, the green is designed to be automatically cancelled. And should the combination need to be changed again, the red set - designed to automatically invalidate both the green and yellow – is used.
If all three sets of keys are lost or misplaced, customers can see a Mul-T-Lock authorized locksmith to rekey the cylinder, to a new set of three combinations.
The ‘3 IN 1’ Cylinder can be ordered with three duplicating cards for one for each color, green, yellow and red keys.

Municipalities
The Masterkey System
The Master Key concept features one master key for opening all cylinders, while each individual cylinder is opened by a specific key. In other words, the security manager can open every lock with just one key, while each employee can only open one door (or several, according to clearance).
Masterkey solutions are designed to apply to all types of Mul-T-Lock cylinders in all types of premises residential and commercial.
Mul-T-Lock’s pinning kit is available for those onsite locksmiths who prefer to build and maintain a Mul-T-Lock Masterkey system themselves.
Mul-T-lock representatives work with the customer to conduct an audit of the site or sites and formulate the right Master Key system for their needs. Mul-T-Lock MASTERpiece software is used to plan the system and then the Manager version of the software is used to sote the database and manage the system on a day to say basis.

Industry
Electric companies' sites are typically very large with different types of zones, such as those for low/high voltages, illumination facilities or various other types of applications (fuse boxes, communications boxes, etc). The sites must be highly secured to prevent strangers from entering, and to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to their particular areas. Each staff member may have different access authorizations.
The Colored C-Series Padlocks are an efficient way to visually indicate and guide users to areas open to all, or which, on the contrary, are highly dangerous and only permitted to an exclusive team.
There are three colors available: Yellow, Blue and Red. Each color can represent a type of area, level of danger, group of workers and so on. When a worker approaches the area he/she can immediately recognizes whether he/she has access to the area or not.
The C-Series is integrated by Mul-T-Lock Master Key System.
