Municipalities The Masterkey System The Master Key concept features one master key for opening all cylinders, while each individual cylinder is opened by a specific key. In other words, the security manager can open every lock with just one key, while each employee can only open one door (or several, according to clearance). Masterkey solutions are designed to apply to all types of Mul-T-Lock cylinders in all types of premises residential and commercial. Mul-T-Lock’s pinning kit is available for those onsite locksmiths who prefer to build and maintain a Mul-T-Lock Masterkey system themselves. Mul-T-lock representatives work with the customer to conduct an audit of the site or sites and formulate the right Master Key system for their needs.  Mul-T-Lock MASTERpiece software is used to plan the system and then the Manager version of the software is used to sote the database and manage the system on a day to say basis.
